The
following terms are incorporated into this
agreement.
1. CISJOBS offers Member the right
to post, edit, delete and renew job postings. In
addition, CISJOBS may add, modify or delete services
from time to time, each of which will be covered by this
agreement.
2. Ad Rates are published on the
CISJOBS Web site. Notice of any change in rates will be
posted on the Ad Rate page at least 30 (thirty) days
prior to the date on which such rate changes will be
applicable.
3. Member agrees to read the "Terms
and Conditions" found on the CISJOBS web site. Member's
use of the web site constitutes agreement with these
“Terms and Conditions”. No partial invalidity of this
written Agreement or the "Terms and Conditions" shall
affect the remainder.
4. Payment of Job posting invoices
is required within fifteen (15) days from the date of
posting.
5. Membership is for exclusive use
of the Member Company. It is not to be shared with
offsite divisions/offices, organizations or other
individuals without the written consent of
CISJOBS.
6. This Agreement shall not be
assigned by Member without the prior written consent of
CISJOBS. Any assignment in violation hereof shall be
invalid.
7. In no event shall CISJOBS or its
suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever
including, without limitation, damages for loss of
business profits, business interruption, loss of
business information, or other pecuniary loss arising
out of the use or in the inability to use this service,
even if CISJOBS has been advised of the possibility of
such damages. CISJOBS makes no guarantees or warranties
as to quality of job seekers. Further, CISJOBS makes no
guarantee of accuracy of information submitted by
prospective job seekers. CISJOBS' liability for actual
damages for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the
price paid for the service that caused the
damages.
8. This agreement shall remain in
force for a period of one (1) year and renew
automatically for the same period unless terminated by
either party. Member may terminate this Agreement for
any reason upon a 10 (ten) day written notice to
CISJOBS, or CISJOBS may terminate this Agreement for any
reason upon a 10 (ten) day written notice to Advertiser.
Upon termination of this agreement, all financial
obligations of Advertiser must be fulfilled in
accordance with this agreement.
9.
This Agreement shall be governed by and
interpreted according to the laws of the State
of Illinois, and the parties hereto agree and
consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and
exclusive venue in Illinois courts seated in the
County of Winnebago, State of Illinois, and/or
the Federal Court seated in the Northern
District of Illinois, for the settlement of all
disputes which might arise in connection with
this Agreement.
